Refund policy

30-day returns. Standard designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the sign is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days, with no restocking fee.

Damaged or faulty? If your sign arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. If a fault develops after that, contact us at hello@weonneon.com and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
