Frequently asked questions
Is this real neon or LED?
LED neon-flex - brighter, shatterproof, and safer than real glass neon, with the same glow.
What voltage/plug does it use, and does it work in my country?
Each sign ships with the correct plug for your country, so it's ready to use straight out of the box - no adapter needed.
How long does shipping take?
Every sign is made to order and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes around 5 business days after that, so allow 7–8 business days to your door. Shipping is free and tracked.
How do I pay?
Pay by card, Apple Pay or PayPal at checkout. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I hang it outside?
Yes - choose the waterproof option at checkout if it'll be somewhere exposed to rain or moisture.
Can I return it?
Yes. Standard designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in the original packaging. Arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it free. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
